Archpriest Robert M. Arida was the Rector and Dean of Holy Trinity Orthodox Cathedral from 1984 to 2022. He preached nearly every time people gathered in the nave inviting listeners to delve more deeply into the language of the Bible and the Liturgy—to go beyond what is familiar and considered known. From the center of the nave, Father Robert would “push” those around him to “cross examine” the text and reflect on “what it means for us in this time and place.”
